Pursuant to the Decree of the Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev №2403-R "Fundamentals of the state youth policy until 2025" dated November 29, 2014, the Council of Young Specialists of JSC "Mosgiprotrans" held a Hackathon "Become a Head for a Year!". The event was attended by young professionals and students from more than 20 organizations of the construction industry of Moscow.
Career growth for most young employees is a rather abstract concept. Many specialists are experiencing the realization of their capabilities and their potential for many years. But we must not forget that any growth is possible only through its development, work on yourself, on your life, on the attitude to work.
The main purpose of the event was comprehensive assistance to young people in advancing their career. Thanks to Hackathon "Become a Head for a Year" we have covered such burning issues as:
1. What is career success?
2. What can disturb your career?
3. What are the difficulties in achieving career goals?
4. What is professionalism?
5. What helps to grow as a professional?
At the end of the event, all participants made their own career development models using the best techniques of Russia and Australia.
In addition to trainings from HR Works Russia, young specialists listened to the success stories of Top managers of Mosgiprotrans JSC and joined an hour-long discussion concerning leadership in life and sports, goal achievement, obstacles on the way to success, in which the guest was the world legend of biathlon A. I. Tikhonov; they also attended an demonstration lesson on cooking sushi and rolls from the Moscow Culinary Master Gennady Sukharev.
All participants received presents, and the most active once rewarded with a dizzying flight in the largest air tube not only in Moscow, but in Eastern Europe as well. The event program was closed by a dance smoke flashmob.
