Consideration of the STS for the design of high-speed railways in Russia at the "Transport Week 2020".
On the 19th of November, 2020, as part of the “Transport Week” a specialized session was held on the activities of the Federal Railway Transport Agency (Roszheldor) to provide public services in the field of transport security.
Igor Mitsuk, General Director of JSC “Mosgiprotrans”, a group of specialists and experts from JSC “Mosgiprotrans”, Emperor Alexander I St.Petersburg State Transport University, Roszheldorproject and Professor Tamila Titova, Emperor Alexander I St. Petersburg State Transport University First Vice-Rector - Vice-Rector for Research, Sergei Shkurnikov, head of the research and design of railways department told about the development of special technical specifications (STS) for the design and construction of
high-speed railways “Moscow-Kazan" (implemented) and
“Moscow-St. Petersburg " (under preparation), taking into account the requirements of the legislation on safety at all stages:
- at the stage of designing,
- at the stage of design estimate documentation preparation, during construction, directly at the facility
The experts examined in detail all sections of the STS, which requires with due regard to the requirements for transport safety support, including developing requirements for the design of information security systems and systems for engineering and technical support for transport security of railway facilities in relation to high-speed lines.
