The positive findings of the internal expertise for the project of the Moscow-Kazan HSR line section from the station Zheleznodorozhnaya 23 km to the station Vladimir VSM and positive results of the public technology and cost audit performed by Ernst & Young Valuation and Advisory Services LLC for the Moscow-Nizhny Novgorod section have been received. These findings are needed to pass the state examination.
