JSC "Mosgiprotrans" entered the Top of 69 best design, survey and other organizations of a similar profile of the construction industry according to the results of the 15th All-Russian Competition of the Construction Industry Leaders for 2018!
On August 6, 2019, the winners of the 23rd and 15th (anniversary) All-Russian competitions for the best construction, design and survey organizations, construction materials manufacturer and construction industry enterprise for 2018, were honored at a high-profile ceremony.
JSC "Mosgiprotrans" awarded the 1st Degree Diploma of the Winner of the 15th All-Russian competition for the best design, survey and other organizations of a similar profile of the construction industry in 2018 for achieving high efficiency of the organization's performance under the current economic conditions in 2018.

The construction, design and survey organizations, construction materials manufacturers and construction industry enterprises which took prize-winning places in Competitions can ordinarily present the materials to the Ministry of Construction or the Ministry of Industry of Russia (depending on subordination of a company) in order to reward employees with departmental awards of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation or the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
The award ceremony was conducted by the President of the All-Russian Cross-Industry Association of Employers "Russian Union of Builders" Vladimir Anatolyevich Yakovlev.
The Russian Union of Builders thanks the General sponsors, sponsors and partners in carrying out the All-Russian competitions for the best construction, design and survey organization, the construction materials manufacturers and construction industry enterprise for 2018: LLC Knauf GIPS, LLC UKSiR Khamovniki, JSC KHM, LLC Restavratsiya-N+, Association of the Construction Organizations of the Novosibirsk Region (ASONO), JSC Mosstroy – 31, ZHNK CENTER of SECURE HOME PURCHASE.
In his opening speech, he informed about the outcomes of the industry in the first half of the year: "In January-June 2019, 30.1 million square meters of living space were put in operation in Russia, which is 3.7% more than in the same period last year, the Federal state statistics service (Rosstat) reported.
In June, the country built 5.9 million square meters of living space, which is 11.4% more than in June 2018. The positive dynamics in housing construction is recorded for the fourth month in a row: in May the growth was 29.6%, in April - 6.7%, in March - 0.6%. In the previous 11 months, there was a decrease in the volume of housing commissioning.
The volume of construction works performed in June this year amounted to 802 billion rubles. (+0.1% compared to June 2018), in January-June it reached 3 trillion 542.8 billion rubles. (+0.1%).
Last year, 75.7 million square meters of living space were built in Russia, which was 4.5% less than in 2017. The volume of the commissioned apartment buildings was 43.24 million square meters, while the volume of individual housing construction (IHC) amounted to 32.42 million square meters.
In 2017, the construction volume was 79.2 million square meters of living space (-1.3% by 2016), while in 2016, 80.2 million square meters of living space were put into operation (-6% by 2015).
According to the passport of the national project "Housing and Urban environment", at the end of this year in Russia it is planned to build 88 million square meters of residential real estate. By 2021, the volume of housing construction is planned to increase to 94 million square meters, by 2024 - to 120 million square meters".
V. A. Yakovlev announced that the congratulatory letters from the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Vitaly Mutko and the Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Regional Policy and Problems of North and Far East Nikolai Mikhailovich Kharitonov were addressed to the event.
V. L. Mutko congratulated the participants and winners of the Competitions on the Builder’s Day and emphasized that: "The profession of the Builder is one of the most peaceful and noble, the work of the Builder is in demand and respected.
The professionalism of the construction industry specialists helps to implement the most important national tasks. In cities and villages, the living environment is changing, comfortable and modern housing, hospitals, schools are being built, safe and high-quality roads, large industrial facilities, bridges are being constructed."
On behalf of the Committee of the state Duma N. M. Kharitonov addressed to builders and veterans of the construction industry: "Dear builders! Dear veterans of the construction industry! Let your work continue to bring joy and improve the quality of life. I sincerely wish you well-being, home warmth, good health, success and good luck!"
He stressed that: "Behind every construction project there are concrete persons who create a comfortable living space and improve the construction industry of the country involving their responsibility, talents and souls.

- Dashkova Olga, Deputy Director of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the Ministry of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation;
- Servatinsky Pavel Vadimovich, Director of the Department of Metallurgy and Materials of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation;
- Basin Efim Vladimirovich, Chairman of the Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation on entrepreneurship in the field of construction;
- Antosenko Oleg Dmitrievich, Chairman of the Committee of State Construction Supervision of Moscow;
- Soshenko Boris Aleksandrovich, Chairman of the Trade Union of Construction Workers and Construction Materials Industry of the Russian Federation;
- Andrey Sokolov, Deputy General Director of TASS;
- Frolov Roman Nikolaevich, Senior Vice President, Director of the Moscow Division of Joint-Stock Insurance Company "VSK".
In his speech, E. V. Basin particularly noted: "Housing and Urban Environment" Program was adopted. The individual housing construction plan includes only 40 million square meters, which is one third. We think these figures were vastly underestimated and should be increased to 50-60%. Now we are also preparing a program to support individual housing construction, which includes the development of mortgages and simplifying land granting, but there again these underestimated 40 million. We will fight to increase these figures.”
Then, following the results of the Competitions, the winners were awarded cups and diplomas of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd degrees, as well as diplomas of awarding the title of "Elite of the Russian Construction Industry".
